If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not liable for items lost in transit.
To request an exchange, please email info@ellaldn.fashion with your order number and reason for exchange. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
We do not accept exchanges for:
Sale or discounted items
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or scent
Are any purchases final sale?
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
All full-price items can be exchanged within 14 days, subject to our returns policy.
When will I get my order?
Shipping Information
Please note that all items are currently available on pre-order.
Orders will begin shipping from 10th August. Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days via Royal Mail.
If you require your order for a special occasion, such as a birthday, wedding, holiday or event, please email us at info@ellaldn.fashion as soon as possible. We will prioritise your order wherever we can and aim to dispatch it a few days ahead of your required date. While we'll always do our very best to accommodate these requests, this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability and production timelines.
