Returns Policy

Please note we do not offer refunds. We operate an exchange-only policy.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not liable for items lost in transit.

To request an exchange, please email info@ellaldn.fashion with your order number and reason for exchange. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

We do not accept exchanges for:

• Sale or discounted items

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or scent

• International orders (outside the UK)
